Responsibilities:
Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments to provide a positive customer experience and problem resolution.
Follow company policies and procedures to establish consistent superior service.
Support warehouse dept to guarantee seamless delivery of all shipments.
Work closely with suppliers and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as time management and organizational skills.
Proficient with efficiency software and spreadsheets.
