Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - manage social media - Manage appointments and schedules - Assist with medical record note entries - Maintain office cleanliness and organization - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role - Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry tasks - Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and proofreading - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - Experience as a medical receptionist in a medical spa is advantageous - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills will be valued.
